It enables technicians and engineers to place and receive SIP calls, analyze signaling and RTP media, and assess user experience through key performance indicators such as MOS, jitter, latency, packet loss, and call setup time. The tool aids turn-up and troubleshooting by checking codec negotiation, registration, DTMF, and QoS/DSCP or VLAN tagging behavior. With real-time dashboards, configurable pass/fail thresholds, packet-level visibility, and exportable reports, it helps quickly isolate issues and document network and service quality across IP-based voice deployments.
